Chris Johnston Joins Levership as New CEO: A Proven Leader Ready to Drive Small Business Success

Moncton, NB, October 8, 2024 — Levership welcomes Chris Johnston as its new Chief Executive Officer. With an impressive track record of driving business growth and a deep commitment to supporting small businesses, Johnston brings invaluable expertise and leadership to the organization.

In just two-and-a-half years as CEO of Bulletproof, a globally recognized IT Security provider, Chris led the company to double its top-line revenue while increasing the bottom line significantly. During that time, Johnston partnered with Symplicity Designs to enable Bulletproof to strategically address core constraints, align and inspire the leadership team and execute projects that delivered substantial returns. 

“I recognized the power of Symplicity’s approach to connecting strategy to execution. It became clear during my time at Bulletproof that this partnership was critical for our success,” Johnston remarked.

More recently, Johnston spent two years overseeing cybersecurity sales for Microsoft in Canada, but he felt a pull to return to the small business world. Conversations with Matt Symes and Mark Symes at Symplicity Designs inspired him to join Levership.
